Incident IQ - Ticketing System

We are working hard to try and ensure faster and reliable service to all end-users. We were quick to determine that a new ticketing system was needed. 

 

 

In order to submit an IQ ticket (help ticket), simply go to sheldonisd.incidentiq.com or log into MyLink and Launch IncidentIQ from your dashboard. 

 

You can also open an IQ ticket by simply emailing tickets@sheldonisd.incidentiq.com
