The Sheldon ISD Purchasing Office is responsible for the organization and administration of procurement/purchasing for the District in accordance with the authority delegated by the Superintendent, the Board of Trustees and mandated by the state laws.

The goal of the purchasing office is to provide the District with the best quality and quantity: all materials, supplies, tools, and services required for the District’s operations at the lowest possible cost while maintaining a reputation for fairness and integrity.

Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday from August through May.
Summer hours during the months of June and July are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and closed on Friday. During the school year, the office is closed on designated holidays.
