The School Leadership Department supports Sheldon ISD schools and principals with coaching, resources, and guidance to strengthen teaching, learning, and student achievement.

We work collaboratively with campus leaders to identify needs, use data to guide decisions, and build strong leadership practices that help create safe, welcoming, and successful schools where every student can thrive.
