Sheldon ISD now provides access to Microsoft Office 365 for staff and students. The full desktop (installed) version of Office on up to 5 devices is also available for download. The installed desktop version of includes: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note - and then some.
 
  • District provided Office365 accounts are required for students and staff to download and install software. 
  • Free subscription lasts as long as the student or staff is associated with Sheldon ISD. 
  • Installation on up to five compatible Windows devices, Mac devices, or smartphones. 
    (One license will be used for your work computer)
 
Staff
  1. Open a web browser and go to http://portal.office.com/ 
  2. Login using this format

    • Username: [email protected] 
    • Password: Your Sheldon ISD password (used when logging into a computer or MyLink) 

  3. Select Install Office in the top right corner, and then choose Office 365 apps
 
Students
 
  1. Open a web browser and go to http://portal.office.com/ 
  2. Login using this format
    • Username: id#@sheldonisd.com
    • Password: Your Sheldon ISD password (used when logging into a computer or MyLink)

  3. Select Install Office in the top right corner, and then choose Office 365 apps
