Beginning September 15, Sheldon ISD will offer Curbside Tech Support for families who need assistance with their child's device. Technology staff will be onsite to help with technical issues students and families are experiencing that may be difficult to resolve over email or telephone.

This in-person Curbside Tech Support will be offered at the Panther Zone (11433-C East Sam Houston Parkway North, Houston, 77044) for Sheldon ISD students. The goal is for families to bring their device, and if we cannot get it fixed within 10-15 minutes, then we replace it so that your child can be on their way and back to learning  

Social distancing guidelines will be required and enforced - no need to leave your car!
