Digital Learning Resources

We have many resources available online for you to access as an employee of Sheldon ISD. Simply login to the website and look under the STAFF Tab for "Digital Learning Resources".
Equipment Available

Kinder through 5th grade campuses have ipads available.

*One cart per grade level to share (24 ipads/cart)

*5th Grade also has an addition ipad cart for Science teachers to share.

*New this year --one Chromebook cart will be rolled out to 5th grade to assist with the transition to middle school skills.

All Secondary Campuses (middle and high school) have Chromebooks available.

*All Social Studies classes (grades 6-12) have set of 30 Chromebooks in a locking cabinet.

*There are plenty of Chromebook carts available through check out in the libraries on these campuses as well.

**Reminders to monitor all student activity at all times.

**Report any needed repairs in Eduphoria through a HelpDesk Ticket.

**Report any lost, stolen or damaged equipment to your campus administrators immediately.

**Make sure that DL activities are documented in your lesson plans.

Technology Trainings Offered

We will have technology training tutorials available online under the Digital Learning Resources Tab as well as face-to-face trainings on the campuses by principal request.

We also host a summer tech camp for teachers known as "Camp Awesome" in June.

We will be working closely this year with the Curriculum Coordinators to schedule trainings as needed through PLCs and campuses trainings.
