KHS boys basketball program to participate in 'Coaches vs. Cancer' fundraising challenge in partnership with the National Association of Basketball Coaches and American Cancer Society

Coaches vs. Cancer is a part of Suits And Sneakers Week - which is operated by Coaches vs. Cancer, a nationwide collaboration between the American Cancer Society and the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC).

C. E. King High School's boys basketball program has pledged to raise $2,000 toward this nationwide initiative where approximately 97.5% of each donation goes to the American Cancer Society.

WHAT IS COACHES VS. CANCER?
College and high school coaches across the nation wear sneakers with their suits during dedicated games to raise awareness and funds, while helping save lives by encouraging people to educate themselves about cancer prevention, screening, and early detection. The top fundraising college and high school teams each season are recognized as Suits And Sneakers Week National Champions.
