At the April 4 North Channel Area Chamber of Commerce luncheon, three Sheldon ISD educators and three students were recognized and celebrated for their achievements. The following were recognized as Student and Educator of the Month:
King High School: Senior and Valedictorian Joseph Hernandez and Criminal Justice Teacher Dr. Stacy Cross
King Middle School: Eighth grader Dayana Quintanilla and AVID Coordinator and Math Teacher Altera Williams
Null Middle School: Eighth grader Laura McCullum and Art Teacher Destiny Barr
