Sheldon ISD is proud to announce Mr. Duaine P. Harris Sr. as the new Principal of Michael R. Null Middle School.

Mr. Harris brings 15 years of experience in education, having served as a teacher, assistant principal, associate principal, campus principal, and district summer school administrator. In his most recent role as Associate Principal of Michael R. Null Middle School, he has been instrumental in strengthening campus systems, supporting teacher development, fostering a collaborative school culture, and ensuring operational excellence. His leadership has focused on building sustainable systems that empower both students and staff while creating an environment where everyone can grow and succeed.

With a leadership philosophy centered on collaboration, consistency, and continuous improvement, Mr. Harris is committed to building upon the strong foundation established at Null Middle School. His focus on developing people, maintaining effective systems, and creating opportunities for both students and educators to grow will continue to move the campus forward while preserving the culture of excellence that defines the Stallion community.
