Sheldon ISD District Teachers of the Year announced
Sheldon ISD is very proud to announce their Elementary and Secondary Teachers of the Year for 2024! From the campus teachers of the year, administrators select an elementary and secondary teacher of the year for Sheldon ISD. The district teachers of the year will have an opportunity to participate in the Region 4 Teacher of the Year Award Program and will be recognized at a regional dinner later this summer. Additionally, each winner will receive a $500 check from the Sheldon ISD Education Foundation.
The Elementary Teacher of the Year is Taylor Brock from Sheldon Lake Elementary. Ms. Brock is well known as a self-motived, caring teacher who is focused on building the culture, climate and the Sheldon Lake community of students. Ms. Brock even started her school’s dance troupe from scratch!
The Secondary Teacher of the Year is Natasha Greene from Null Middle School. Ms Greene is known on her campus as a passionate leader who is always pushing her students to grow academically. She is well liked by her peers and committed everything she does for Null Middle School.
Sheldon ISD is extremely proud of these two individuals who inspire the students and staff they work with. Congratulations to Ms. Brock and Ms. Greene!
