She consistently goes above and beyond her responsibilities staying after hours when needed, supporting school events, and handling unexpected challenges with calm efficiency. Stephanie’s proactive mindset sets her apart; she not only addresses immediate facility concerns but also seeks long-term solutions to prevent future issues, coordinating with appropriate departments to ensure lasting results. Her attention to detail, positive attitude, and steady guidance of custodial staff contribute to a well-prepared learning environment for students, staff, and visitors. Nominated by a fellow Sheldon ISD employee, Stephanie’s reliability, composure under pressure, and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable member of the CE King High School and Sheldon ISD community.

Alejandrina Piedra-Saucedo, formerly Monahan Elementary's school receptionist and now attendance clerk at Carroll Elementary, is a true cornerstone of the new campus and a shining example of exceptional care and customer service. Nominated three times by both staff and parents, she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every student, family, and visitor feels welcomed, supported, and valued. Whether assisting a long line of parents at the front office or managing phone calls simultaneously, Alejandrina works efficiently without ever losing her warm smile or kind demeanor. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to multitask keep the school running smoothly, while her compassion creates a strong sense of community that extends far beyond the front office. From coordinating last-minute schedule changes and translating information for families to supporting teachers with supplies and paperwork, she handles every task with grace, heart, and dedication. Alejandrina embodies Sheldon ISD’s One Sheldon mission through her unity, collaboration, and positivity, treating everyone with equal respect and care and you can truly hear the smile in her voice every time she answers the phone.
