Panther Band continues winning streak

On Saturday, October 19, the C.E. King High School Marching Band performed their "Midnight City" competition show at the UIL Region 33 Marching Contest at Planet Ford Stadium. The band continued their uninterrupted 8-year streak of earning a First Division Rating since moving to Conference 6A in 2016, and this is the second consecutive (and sixth overall) Sweepstakes Award at 6A for receiving top ratings from all judges. The Panther Band will advance to the UIL Area Marching Contest which will take place at Galena Park ISD Stadium on November 2.
