Understanding the Election Ballot

Why is there more than one proposition?
In 2019, the state passed new legislation that requires certain projects like building construction, technology upgrades and athletic facilities to be separated into different propositions on the ballot. Sheldon ISD is required to separate these projects on the ballot in the form of propositions. Propositions are voted on individually.
