Congratulations to our KHS Lady Panthers for a great showing at the UIL state track meet in Austin.
The 4x200 meter relay team finished in second place!
The team consists of: Kristina Carter, Trashauna Hardy, Brandi Dobbin and Tramesha Hardy.
Tramesha Hardy also finished in eighth place in the 100 meter dash.
Zandra Emanuael and Alazia Jones served as the alternates.

Memorial Hermann is offering free EKG Screening for SISD athletes on June 8th at Memorial Hermann NE, from 8am – 11am.
Thursday night was an exciting and emotional night for 97 students as they became a part of Sheldon ISD's Early College High School. Their lives have been changed forever because they have been given the opportunity to attain a high school diploma and an associate's degree over the next four years. Many of these students will be the first ones in their families to attend college.
This is Sheldon ISD's second group of students to be inducted into the Early College High School. The district now has 207 students attending the school. We are so excited to see what the future holds for these students!
Choral Canvas 2013 was a huge success and the auditorium was filled with hundreds of people!
Dez'Maron King from C.E. King High School was chosen to represent the panthers in the Houston Area Coaches Association's Say No to Drugs photo shoot.
Eight drafting students competed in the San Jacinto College North Drafting Contest and walked away as the overall winners! The students were named Outstanding Drafting Team of the Year.
Decision Day was an exciting celebration for Sheldon ISD seniors who have decided to pursue a post-secondary education.
