I couldn't be more delighted than to be the principal at Carroll Elementary! I am honored to have the opportunity to lead a campus with such rich culture that has produced many outstanding students.
Before leading Carroll Elementary, I spent the last two years in Sheldon ISD as assistant principal. Additionally, I was a teacher, school counselor, and assistant principal in two neighboring districts. I hold degrees from both Stephen F. Austin State University and the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
I believe that every family in our school is very important, as we create a school community that will prepare our children to thrive in a global society. We welcome your involvement and participation in our school. Working as partners, we will help our children reach their full potential.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns that you may have. I look forward to working with you to serve our learning community and contribute to another successful school year in every way I can. It's a great day to be a Carroll Colt where we are committed to “Nurturing the Heart… Educating the Mind”.
The After School Programs at Carroll Elementary, Monahan Elementary, and Sheldon Elementary were awarded the Partnership Project Grant in the amount of $20,000 each to support sustainability for our next school year.
Sheldon ISD’s martial arts students from all four after school programs (Monahan Elementary, Carroll Elementary, Garrett Elementary and Sheldon Elementary) participated in the district’s first Martial Arts Tournament on Saturday, April 2, 2016. The tournament took place at the C. E. King High School Competition Gym.
For new students, parents are to complete the on-line registration prior to coming to registration. On-line registration is found on the district web site or by clicking here.
