The program will be half day. Due to limited space at both Sheldon and Cravens Academy only 44 students per campus will be accepted.
We will conduct a lottery to select the students that are eligible. If you are interested in having your child participate you must complete the entire registration process and qualify to be entered into the lottery.
The child is 3 years old on or before September 1, 2012.
The child is potty trained.
The child is unable to speak and comprehend the English language The child is economically disadvantaged per the National School Lunch/Breakfast Program qualification. Income proof will be required for both the school lunch program and Pre-K eligibility.
The child is homeless regardless of the residence of the child
The child’s parent/guardian is a member of the armed forces of the United States, including the state military forces or a reserve component of the armed forces, who was injured or killed while serving on active duty.
The child is or ever has been in the conservatorship of the Department of Family and Protective Services following an adversary hearing.
The student’s original state certified birth certificate.
The student’s original Social Security card.
The parent or legal guardian’s valid state picture identification Proof of Residency (a current Gas, Electric or Water bill will only be accepted)
Proof of Income for the household. (Pay stubs or SNAP Letter)
The following immunizations must be met in order to enroll.
