The ARD committee shall include a representative from CTE, preferably the teacher, when considering a student in a CTE program. If the ARD committee knows in advance that CTE will not be discussed, a CTE representative is not necessary. At any point, if CTE is discussed during the ARD, the meeting should stop and a CTE representative must be summoned.
